Terrible service and absolutely idiotic verification department that literally tries not to cash your check the only reason I used advance was the Time of night I was needing to cash said checks and I always try to do business with local small business because that's what I am but after the 3rd check and 3rd try I will never be back again. Time is something I value to much to waste it standing there waiting to be put through the 3rd degree about every detail and ink drop on my checks. Not a helpful or kind establishment but when this company loses enough money due to employees over stepping their bounds and not being there for their customers and having little to no customer service skills that's when I believe this company will see the err of their business values and their employees but like most small businesses with small visions it will be when they are closing their doors and like magic they will finally close something besides their eyes and it might just open them up for the first time. From this day forward I will tell everyone and anyone who ask what a terrible belittling experience advance financial put me through for absolutely no reason because guess what their verification department was wrong in their assumptions and I bet I'm not the first nor will I be the last person they chose to do this way so just think twice before believing their company motto which is we always say yes. More often they say no and that's thanks to the wanna be cops they call a verification department and the only verification they were correct about was my own verification that these employees were not there to say yes they were there to do everything they could to say No. If I were owner of this business and FDIC backed I would fire the so called verification department and take all that money saved and invest in customer service training for the store front employees or cop wanna be's because if they were good investigators they would not be working as a check teller so tell them not to quit their day jobs.
