I had a problem with a 12-year-old microwave that apparently no one accept ADRIUM would come to even look at let alone return my call. The tech arrived as scheduled and was very friendly and professional. It was determined that a new control board would be needed. I took a chance and called ADRIUM because they were the most responsive to my inquiry and charged the best price in town to come out to perform a diagnostic. They told me that due to the age and other issues with the refrigerator, replacing it might be a good option but we decided to try repairing it first. The refrigerator worked well for two weeks but it stopped working again (not due to their repair but other known issues.) I contacted ADRIUM and they promptly came out the next day. Since there were more issues with the refrigerator and the initial repair didn't fix the problem, they were glad to refund my money minus the diagnostic fee. I wanted to leave a good review because I appreciate their honesty & integrity, most of all - following up on their promise. I highly recommend this business for all appliance repairs. After 5 years of having our Samsung dryer, we finally ran into a complication. The technician was incredibly responsive and even came out on a Sunday morning to help us diagnose the problem. A faulty moisture sensor was the culprit. We scheduled to have it replaced a few days later and we could not be happier. They came to inspect our defective microwave and determined that the PCB incl the display board and a filter board needed to be replaced. They came to replace the boards and when we asked to leave the faulty boards they did not want to leave them with us, despite that we paid for the brand new boards. One could think that the boards are either not faulty or can be easily refurbished and sold again? After the repair the microwave did work once and failed then right away again. They told us that they will come back and exchange the boards and put our old ones back in and not charge us for anything. Today they came and put our old boards in and we lost 2 weeks without microwave and we need to find a reliable repair provider. Communication was difficult, would not recommend. read more

Both Andy and Dima are great! Andy is very responsive. My dryer broke the day before. The next day I called Andy and he already offered Dima to come at 5 PM the same day! Dima quickly figured out it was the heating element and he had the part ready so he just changed it right there. Within a day, the problem was solved. Andy even told us we have 6 months warranty on the part and labor, which is an extra bonus I didn't know! Now within a couple days I ran the dryer and found out that it didn't quite dry the clothing as normally expected. I texted Andy at night time and he showed up the next day!! Andy is very technical and he knows what he's doing. He measured the air flow in the dryer and we found out something was up with the vent, which was something different with the original issue. The dryer itself was fully functioning and Andy honored his promise on the 6 months warranty! What a great company and great people to rely on!
