Seeing his 5 star reviews on YELP, we contacted him that evening and he was able to arrive at 7:45 am the following morning. He was efficient, quickly diagnosing the problem, explaining what he recommended to resolve the issue and providing an estimate that was very reasonable and fair. Excellent service!! My AC went out right at the beginning of a heat wave (of course it would), and on a Sunday, of all the days. Our LG refrigerator stopped working properly. I reached out to half a dozen service repair professionals for help. Andrei was the first one to respond. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He came out on the same day and even called to let me know he could come earlier than initially agreed upon. I was in desperate need for a good, reliable and trustworthy refrigeration repair service for my flower shop after another service really screwed me over! With much hesitation I called Adrium, and came out with the BEST experience!! Andrew and Nick both went above and beyond to service both my walk-in and display coolers (Both, of which are 35 years old now)! Andrew was able to fix the display cooler and the walk-in cooler really needed to be replaced. I had heard from other florists, about a CoolBot system that works with an Air Conditioner, allowing it to cool to much lower temps. Traditional walk-in cooler refrigeration systems cost several thousands with installation and electrical setup, which uses lots of coolant (bad for the environment), a big motor, and multiple fans (which can account for up to 60% of the cost of operating electricity). After mentioning it to Andrew, he researched it and agreed to modify my cooler and install the CoolBot system for me. I am so happy with the new system and it saved me from the huge expense of a new traditional refrigeration system. Andrew exceeded my expectations in every way!! I needed my ice maker fixed after 10 years of uninterrupted service. My refrigerator's warranty had expired long ago so I needed to find a reasonably priced repair service. I chose Adrium because of their responsiveness and rates. I was very pleased with their professionalism and courteous demeanor. Andrei and his cousin Nick arrived a little before the scheduled appointment, but that was okay. They diagnosed the issue and ordered the required part. A little over a week later they notified me it had arrived and after about 30 minutes the installation was completed. About 12 hours later, my ice bin was filled with cubes again. The repair was done by Nick and I was very pleased with his work. I mentioned my Viking oven started making noises the day before and was willing to take a look at it to determine the issue. As you would expect, the issue couldn't be replicated when some one was looking at it, but Nick asked if I could take a quick video of it the next time it acted up and send it to him. The technician was very abrupt on the phone first of all. He did come out on time as a plus. But he immediately pulled fridge out and said it was the Freon. My previous techs would run diagnostics on the panel and then do and inspection and I was mentioning this to him, he got angry and left. Very rude and unsociable. Was hoping to fix sooner. Although technician did the right diagnoses on my unit while removing the fridge to check the back of the unit technician damaged my floor and cabinet. I changed the hing that was bent and glued the floor, there was an area that was teared up. Pictures that I sent you showed the repaired floor and bent hing causing the door losing alignment.
