Worst customer service I've ever tried to deal with. They transfer you to someone else so they don't have to help you. They transfer you to other reps when you ask for a manager or supervisor. When I first activated the insurance policy they overcharged me twice for a past suspended license. Once was fine of course but the second was not valid and they wouldn't help me when I would try calling. (Avoid reps like Humberto and Lucia) Worst scam of company I've ever had to deal with and I suggest you take your business elsewhere. Update: Thank you to Samuel the district manager. He was able to really help and make sure that everything was taken care of. Still not quiet a 5 because of everything that I went through. But everything was turned out well. Make sure to really pay attention to all the details and quote other places before choosing an insurance. Do your research. They don't tell the full truth about the deposit that they say is required by the insurance for the first and last months payment. It's truly for their 315.00 broker fee that they do not mention. Kayla who "assisted" me said that it was the first and last months payment on 3 different occasions. I asked if I could cancel the policy and she said of course and that I would get a refund back. I have emailed and called her and of course no answer. I have of course tried to file a complaint but even their website doesn't allow it read more
