Neglected to put any effort or care into work. Blast work was fair at best. Any place hard to get was left. Little to no prep before paint. Paint was HORRIBLE!!! Couldn't paint the broad side of a barn. Missed spots all over (that means bare metal), Painted over sand ect.ect Sandblasting 5/10, Paint 3/10, Customer service 1/10. I can't believe they are still in business. Yes it's true there's a sucker born every minute. After being told " I was to pickey" and other insults I realized they are incapable off doing the job the right way. Was offered refund and reblast, but after dropping my frame off again, I was called on my way home and was told that there would be no further blast work done on my frame, I could come pick it up and see you in court. VERY Professional. Closing I would not recommend this business to anybody. You get what you pay for and they stole from me don't let him steal from you.

I went to Minneapolis Saw to fix and tune up my lawn mower back in March 2026. Unfortunately, I was…read morenot a happy camper because I had to wait full two months to get a new rear wheel replaced because they said they couldn't get the wheel because it was not available anymore. So they ended up using a wheel for a different brand of mower to replace the broken one. My mower was finally fixed after waiting two months. Meanwhile, on July 2026 I returned there again because the two rear wheels on the mower busted and were no good. One of these wheels they recently replaced back in May. This time they first told me the rear wheels couldn't get ordered because they are not available. I requested Minneapolis Saw to get rid of the lawn mower and I would buy a new one. They did not do as I asked. Instead, I find out a few days later that they were able to order the wheels in. I find this out after spending $600 on a new mower. Now, I am paying the full cost of fixing the old mower which ran around $226 after parts and labor. This was a terrible experience for myself because these idiots changed their story. All I get is the runaround. They say one thing and mean another. I would strongly advise customers to go elsewhere for any repairs.

This was unanticipated but TC Upholstery explored all options and ended up re-doing the grommets. Throughout the whole process they were really concerned about our satisfaction with the blinds. No idea what to make of this place. I brought in a Stihl chainsaw for repair. It wouldn't start…read more Twas sitting in my dad's basement for the last 5-10 years. Before I did anything, I gave it a tug and it sputtered and ran for about 3 seconds. I changed the plug, new gas and gave the carb a clean. No luck starting. I brought it over to Carpenters for them to take a look. Someone called me back and told me the saw was shot. Compression too low for any power, parts and labor would be almost what a new saw would cost. Or, I could part it out (somehow). I told them I would come and pick it up and pay for their evaluation, which I did. Weird thing was that when I got home with it I gave it a tug. Started first pull. Not only did it start, but it cut through a 12" diameter birch log like it was butter. Draw your own conclusions.
