A brightly lit, colorful, nicely arranged shop filled with wonderful handbags and jewelry. They specialize in handmade leather and vegan leather handbags, wallets, backpacks, belts as well as handmade jewelry too from silver and bronze alloy. Everything is just lovely and it's easy to tell that it is all very well crafted and detailed, they take pride in their work. Speaking with shop owner I asked him if he made the bags and he said yes and showed me the workshop. Not only does he make all the hand bags, but the workshop is right behind the shop, so cute. I don't see that at home in NYC. He was very friendly, very helpful and a pleasure to meet. I only wish I bought more.

You can tell Figus Designer takes pride in their work, everything is very beautiful, neat and well crafted. I'm so happy I made trip to see this location. I got to meet the wonderful family behind FIGUS and I got myself a well made fun handmade leather fringe handbag and beautifully unique Etruscan handmade earrings. It feels more like a luxury gallery than a retail store, in the best way. What really surprised me was the café inside, which somehow makes the whole experience feel even more elevated and relaxed at the same time. You can browse, wander, pause, and just soak it in instead of feeling rushed. The service is polished and attentive without being intimidating, and the architecture alone is worth the visit. Even if you're not buying anything, this flagship is absolutely a must-see in Milan.

As my wife talked with the buyer, signor Baracchi sat down and, uninvited, went to flip through a stack of paintings. Before I could stop him, he knocked a brass sculpture into an oil painting, causing an estimated 1,000 euros damage. There was no apology given, nor offer of compensation for the damage. Subsequent attempts to receive at least partial compensation were fruitless.

They organized by color, not by style or size. Quite inconvenient. If I had more money, I would suppose I would like this better, as the higher-quality things cost more money.
