Go anywhere else. Seriously. I should have checked reviews before walking in because no one has good things to say on Google and very few on this app. Incredibly messy and rushed gel manicure. She actually painted over my cuticles. Then at the end she used the barest amount of lotion, no cuticle oil (which they were covered in paint so it would not have been helpful anyway), and a lackluster hand massage. if i could select negative stars I would. They are RUDE!! upon entrance into this establishment, there was no warm greeting; Simply "what you getting? and then "you have time to wait" followed by "have a seat". After waiting, the man points over his shoulder and says, "sit there". Once I'm in the chair a lady comes out and starts my nails with no greeting and no idea what I want done. She starts filing them down on such a high setting that my fingers were hot. She then tells me to move to another chair and begins the refill. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and explain it to be sure we had an unstanding. She gets done with the refill of my left hand and tells me to move seats again because another lady was done eating and would now complete the service. I asked for black tips and what I got was a refill and a clear coat over my two week old design. The original lady walks over and apparently tells her my nails were supposed to be black to which they both laugh at the "mistake". Once my nails are dry and the other lady walked off the so called nail tech then asked, "so you want black". Im still in disbelief. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!! Went to Adore Nails last week to get a pedicure. As the lady started polishing my toes the polish started chipping and coming off. She had to do three repairs before I left. I go back today to get the repairs fixed and they wanted to charge me $20 plus question me on why I waited a week. Ma'am I work for a living!! I don't have to answer to you about my schedule. I would give it less than a one if I could. I sat there the whole time while my girlfriend got her nails done and they cut her so many times just during the shaping and drilling and cut her so bad at one point she just burst into tears. I get mistakes happen and stuff like that and that your fingers will get cut from time to time but it was constant without apology. Any other place would be worth the time and money, I wouldn't bother. read more

Very racist people. Any person of color, I would advise you not to go here. Take your money and spend it elsewhere, where you may be more appreciated. I was greeted by a "what you want" then when I showed the older Asian man what color I wanted from my phone, he says "we don't have that color without even looking at the colors in the book. I then selected a different color and he told me I couldn't get dip powder, it would have to be on my real nails and not artificial nails and I asked him "so the only way to get dip powder is it has to be on your real nails?", he says yeah so I told him not to worry about it and to just take off the old chipped polish that I already had on my nails. I hate I even spent one penny with them. This place needs to go out of business or put a sign on the door that says "No Blacks Allowed" because they are very very racist. This is one of the worst salon experiences I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Upon walk in, I saw there were a few customers and the shop seemed clean (both good signs) and I expected at least a decent full set of nails. The price was alluring too. I sat down after selecting my color and was then given the roughest manicure I've ever gotten. I was actually in pain for parts of it. There seemed to be no sanitation on the tools themselves, and my manicurist's gloves were ripped. To add insult to injury, the finished product didn't even look good. I sat with my hands under an old dryer that switched on and off on its own whim before proceeding to the front to pay for my nails, which ended up costing more than was posted on the sign. I wish I had asked for a refund, because this was 45 minutes and $30 of my life wasted. read more

STAY AWAY!! We walked in hoping to have a nice mother/daughter mani pedi, WRONG. Henry started to do my moms nails and blatantly disregarded her requests to have her nails filed only. He started clipping them way shorter than she wanted. And they were very crooked. He started to take my polish off and didn't even take it all off, I had red left on the sides of my nails. I chose to not get my nails done. He tried to charge me $5 for a polish removal. I feel like if he was gone this place would be a lot nicer than it is! Do not go here! I would give 0 stars if I could. I have tried them several times for different things. I will say the ONLY good thing here is a pedicure done by Shirl (the only black girl in the salon). She is awesome and does amazing work! She's nice, attentive and needs her own salon!! But as for the rest of the staff-so rude and horrible work. Other pedicures have been mediocre at best. There always have lots of people there so they rush. The manager is a woman who is not very nice and rushes. I was in today to get my dip powder off and get a simple manicure. When grinding the top layer of my dip off the literally grinder half of my pinky finger nail right off. I've never had that happen. She said oh sorry and kept going. Then when I got my manicure, it was like a joke. The man was not nice or paying attention to what he was doing. He had headphones in and was watching soccer on tv. He also had warts on his fingers so he should have been wearing gloves. He made my pinky bleed in three spots while working on my cuticles. I told him to be careful and he shrugged his shoulders. Then he smeared clear nail polish all over it which made it burn. Every nail is uneven and misshapen. I had left over dip all over my hands from when I had to soak them to get it off. I asked him to use the acetone to get it off and he said no then proceeded to slather lotion all on top of it. It was seriously like it was a joke! I've never had such a bad experience. In the past I did get my SNS dip powder nails done here. The guy who does them has no clue what he's doing. They come out thick and uneven. Like really bad acrylics. SNS is supposed to be thin like gel nails. I've gotten SNS done in Alexandria, Lafayette and Atlanta and all of them did them amazing and had the same technique. This place he just dips them and let's whatever shape it makes be. I didn't know how bad it was until I had them done elsewhere. Wife and I went in for pedicures. $60 for both. Workers were pleasant and her's was talkative and joked a lot. Pedicures were ok. Nothing to recommend but we left saying we come again. We paid $60 with visa debit as always and gave $5 cash tip to each worker. Well, then the visa debit card statement came in with the correct charge of $60. But two days later there was another charge of $20. We did not go back two days later, so wife called and asked about it. Manager said she would investigate and call back. She never did. Wife called her again days later and was told that the "6" on the signed ticket looked like an "8" so they ran the card again for another $20. What a bunch of bull! The tip space had a straight line drawn through it and the total was a clear $60. Wife went in and collected $20 back from them and looked at the ticket. No mistaking the "6". Liars and Thieves. I got acrylic nails with gel polish. The woman was incredibly difficult to communicate with, nails were crooked, gel was streaky and my nails were way too long. I called 8 times over 3 days to schedule a fix and got no answer. I went in and the guy was really rude, but said if I waited half an hour he would fix. I waited an hour for him to get to me and his "fix" was mediocre at best. Waste of $95 and I wouldn't recommend. read more

Don't go here went to get dip powder I normally drive to Shreveport to have an awesome place do mine but I was crushed for time so I tried this place. Horrible doesn't even describe it got the dip powder and the older guy did mine and when he would dip them he would run his finger over the nail trying to smooth it out cause it was lumpy which it shouldn't have been but he damn sure shouldn't have used is finger at all then he made them way too thick I normally get my nails dipped my three times but he dipped them over and over agin probably 10 times and they are lumpy and just flat out look horrible the worse I've ever had then he was filing and cut me multiple times on all my fingers I'm talking about 10 times or more so now my fingers are so sore . Then while he was doing them he asks me are they okay? Which told me he knew they looked bad . Of course got charged full price even though they were horrible looking and bleeding needless to say I'll have to just deal with it cause I haven't an event I have to go to and I'm not gonna have time to go to my normal place but first thing Monday these are getting taken off read more

Awful, I went for a fill and the next day I had a broken nail. When I went to get it fixed the worked acted like it was my fault and when she used the wrong color I tried to tell her and she told me that I was wrong. I got powder dip nails and my natural nails are ruined...thin as paper and bleeding once I removed the dip powder coating.
