This used to be my go to place for nails. I like the ability to schedule appointments online. Everyone is nice and does a great job. However their service has gone downhill over the past few months. They overbook online and either call you to cancel or reschedule, or move your appointment without reaching out. Most recently my past 4 visits I have made appointments online for Saturday at 10 am. Every Saturday they are late opening (they open at 10 and then don't show up until 10:15 or later leaving customers outside waiting). Once inside they rush around to bath everything set up and rush through services to stay on schedule. The last straw was this past Saturday they were over 30 min late opening so I left. I received a call a few minutes later asking if I was going to come to my appointment even though they were late. Do not recommend. read more

Just had a super wonderful time getting a pedicure at Adore Nail Spa. Walking into the nail spa, the decor is all white and pristine and makes the space feel light and airy. There were no harsh chemical smells and everything was clean and organized. The spa chairs are pretty standard with the massage options, but for this lady who has not had anything done in a long while, they felt like heaven. I was remiss in getting the name of the woman who worked on me, but, as she was cutting cuticles and removing callouses, she took great care to stop and ask me if anything hurt multiple times. I selected the Adore Signature Pedicure. SO Worth it! The aromatherapy salt scrub is mixed right there and you get a choice of 3 or 4 scents such as rosemary, lavender and peppermint. Then the salt scrub, mask and moisturizer are placed in their separate little wooden bowls and carried over to your spa chair for the magic to begin. She did an excellent job scrubbing and massaging my calves and feet...even got between my toes. That was rinsed off and then you have the mask wiped on your calves and she places 2 hot (you can ask to let it cool down) towels on you calves to let it soak in. Then, that is all wiped away and some cool moisturizer is massaged into your calves and foot. It is a very relaxing and refreshing experience. I did get my toes painted and she did a good job there, too, but for me it is all about the great work and massage done on my feet and this is an A+ place to get a pedicure in my opinion. You are asked to wash your hands once you come inside. Everyone is wearing a mask and gloves and all the equipment is single use for each client. I was probably their last customer for the day and they were going around cleaning down all the seats and surfaces where people put their hands. Being a guy I was a bit nervous having a pedicure done especially with my ugly feet. As I drove around Anthem I tried to find some place that I felt comfortable and I came across a Adore Nail Salon. From the moment I stepped in I felt welcomed and not judged at all and they did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend this salon! I went in last week for the first time and was very pleasantly surprised by how well they are handling covid precautions. It is a minority woman-owned business which I like to support. The owner, Tien, was onsite and extremely welcoming and professional. Her mom, Truly, did my aromatherapy pedicure and buffed manicure and did an excellent job. I liked the products that they are using and I saw lots of evidence of cleaning and sterilizing equipment. I took my sister, who is visiting, to Adore Nail Spa for her first ever manicure and she is thrilled. Lee did her nails while Scarlett did mine. They are both excellent manicures, plus Lee kept my sister laughing with his banter and jokes. It was a great first experience for her. The nail techs at Adore Nail Spa are the best as far as I am concerned. I have never gotten a bad manicure or pedicure. I only wish that I could have treated my sis to a pedicure, but she has a broken foot and couldn't get one. Lee, in typical fashion told her he had a 50% off deal for one foot. I walked in for a pedicure and was well cared for. Masks available. I was directed to hand washing and or sanitizing station. It's clear they care about their guests. My pedicure was soothing but efficient. I went home a happy girl. I soon noticed that The polish wasn't applied quite the way I like it. I recently moved to the New River area and found Adore Nail Spa online. I took my acrylics off not long after covid started so the first time I came here I had her do tips and a powder dip with gel polish. To be honest I wasn't completely convinced this would work for me, I had acrylics for over a decade and the one time I'd tried powder dip in the past it was awful. But this spa doesn't really do acrylic and swore that the dip would work. They were right. I've been twice now and had Lucy both times, and I've been thrilled both times. My nails look beautiful, and they last. No cracking, no chipping, just beautiful nails until I had to come back and get them redone because of grow out. I'll keep coming to Adore Nail Spa. read more

We recently moved to the area and were looking for a new salon. I TRIED to give this one a chance, but to no avail. I called on 1/13/2022 at 4:21pm to schedule for 1/14/2022. I got their answering machine. I left a message as their website states they are open until 6pm. Never received a call back. Called 3 times in the morning and by lunch time to the same number on 1/14/2022 and same thing. No response but the answering machine. You can book ONLINE with a CREDIT CARD which showed the time I wanted was available. However not knowing this business I didn't feel comfortable in doing that. At this point I have now left a message the day before, sent a message on their FB Messenger, POSTED a MESSAGE on their FB page and still nothing. So because the reviews were good, I thought I'll run down the hill and see what is going on. Like maybe their not open anymore. Well, well, well. Didn't get the response I was expecting. Instead it was excuses and lies. Oh...our phone isn't working, oh what message? Oh we're full today. They had a lot of time to earn our business. But the fact you lied, deleted my post, lied about the fact of WHEN I called yesterday...you will never earn my business and I hope others think before trying. Shame on you. I went in for a regular mani/pedi today. I went to my car looked at my toes and then went back inside and made them fix my pedi since there was polish all over my cuticles and toes. They told me it "didn't look that bad." I had explained before that it was for my daughters wedding next weekend. They need to look good. I honestly could have done a better job myself. No heel pumice at all and hardly did any cuticle work. The massage was incredibly weak and my fingernail polish didn't even last through the evening. It is chipped and cuticles are still ragged. I asked her if she was going to wipe my nails off as she started putting polish on right after the limp massage with lotion. She informed me she didn't need to with regular polish. I'm thinking "since when". This is why they haven't lasted 8hrs. I took pictures to prove it. Complete and total waste of my time and money. Especially since I had to cancel my plans so they could fix the awful pedi polish job. They just piled more polish on top of the bad polish job. So I am out $50 and will need to go elsewhere and spend more money to get an actual mani/pedi. Or just do it myself. Not a happy customer At All! Not worth trying to make them fix it either since according to them, "it's not that bad". read more

Love this salon! I got gel a few weeks ago and the manicure lasted about two weeks before it started chipping. The girls there are very nice and we had good conversations! The salon is very clean, and the girl opened a new set of tools for my manicure. I'm not sure if that is for every manicure or not, but I was impressed. The girl also was able to execute what I wanted for my manicure exactly. They are a newer salon, I hope they thrive! read more
