Asked for 2 quotes: #1 reseed the whole yard $600 #2 reseed only where tenants' dog damaged the grass (about a 30' x 4' wide strip) $800 Asked for the per square foot cost and she didn't know, which made me nervous that there's clearly no structure or rigor around their pricing What's interesting is the actual quote we received was for $1000 for the 30' x 4' area. We got a few other quotes for the same work and all were almost half the amount that the actual received quote was. Very disappointed and felt they were trying to pull a fast one. Recommend to a lot of questions or go with someone else.
