2 visits in less than 2 weeks... the first was on a trip with a day tour with Boca Roja. Came back 10 days later for an overnight getaway... The 1st visit we had a little bit of almost every Tapas on the menu and shared it family style.. This visit...we had 3 items which came with some soft delicious bread. 1) mushrooms 2) the dish with potatoes, shrimp, sausage 3) little spicy wieners (it was labeled as "new" on the menu) AMAZING! seriously some of the best food i've ever had!!! we had a glass of wine each and of course bought a bottle to take home. Service was fabulous on both visits... the lady even gave me a goodbye/thank you hug when we left on this past visit this will be a solid staple in my Guadalupe travels. Hope to stay at the lodging eventually too

Arrived with a breakfast reservation for 7 made by our AirBnB... after 15 minutes of trying to confirm the reservation under various names, we were told that they do not serve children. FYI, these kids eat lengua, pork belly, and fish roe... they're not looking for chicken fingers. Unless you think it would turn people off to put "we don't serve children" on your website (which it would), you need to be transparent instead of taking reservations and then turning people away.

This was our 3rd winery of the day, and my favorite wine by far. The tasting room and food truck are located near the front gate of the property; I would love to make a reservation in the future to experience more of the property and lunch/wine pairing. THE WINE was very good, and the prices were reasonable, I purchased 2 reds to bring home. I did not give 5 stars here because you have to go inside to get your tastings, they do not come outside to serve you. In addition the young lady serving the wine may have been new, but she just read the wine description from the back of the bottle. I don't think she knows much about wine. THE FOOD was hot and delicious. The women running the food truck were very friendly, gave recommendations, and came back to check on people to make sure everything was good. We tried the croquettes with a ham like prosciutto, they were amazing. Too bad they only came with 3, I could have had all 3 to myself! We also tried the shrimp and meatball skillet with potatoes, which came in a lovely butter/oil sauce. I would recommend both of these 2 dishes to share.

Loved Adobe Guadalupe. Location- This truck is in the Adobe Guadalupe wineyard right near the parking lot and the wine store. Food Truck- Such a great gem. The owners were so nice and accommodating (because I was being so indecisive). The food was quick to come out and made to order in the truck. We tried- Picosito de Sausage y Camaron- it was delicious! Potatoes with spicy sausage and shrimp. Reminded me of andouille sausage from New Orleans. So good and perfect for the rosé or a white. The plate cheese was out of this world. The best cheese I had in all of Baja was the soft cheese on this plate. I think it was a brie but who cares?!?!? It was sooo good! Wine- I only tried their rosé, which like most places in Baja, is made from Grenache. It was very delicious and refreshing on that hot afternoon. It also paired well with the charcuterie and the patatas bravas.

We were wined out after our weekend in the Valle but still needed to charge our EV before heading to the border. Adobe fit the bill as we had charged there previously. They have a new policy that $20 must be spent to access the chargers. We complied and were able to charge after some back and forth. The two house beers, one red and one gold, were superb. The tapas from the food truck were even better. Also be aware that Apple Maps will take you to an incorrect location. Follow the blue signs instead. read more
One of our favorite wineries in Valle. We stop by on nearly every visit. Love the wines, the setting, the hospitality, and the amazing food truck. Our recent visit was no exception. Absolutely recommend! read more

This review is for the food truck. EVERY time I visit Ensenada, I make sure I take my group of friends here. The food is always amazing, the owner is very sweet and very welcoming. The best place to end your day of wine tasting with the best tapas! read more

Wine was alright not my favorite in The Valle. Had a food truck that seemed pretty busy and you could get a full glass of the wineries wine there if you didn't want to do a tasting. It seems to be a pretty busy place. read more

Beautiful dessert garden setting. Good wine. But they gotta do something about all the flies buzzing around. We had to sip up our glass quick and get out of there. read more

My husband and I stayed at the bed and breakfast about 2 years ago!! We loved it !! My husband is a big fan of the Raphael bottle. We took my Sister in law and brother in law to experience it. We went on Dec 31 there were several ppl there. We took advantage of the wine tasting. The 3 staff whom are part of Adobe were great!! However, we did not have a good experience with the food truck staff. There are several tables on the location, our party was of 8ppl, we took up two 4 ppl tables. The taco truck lady approached us and stated that not all tables were free. We also requested a cheese platter however it would be about 45 min wait. We were very disappointed. We understand the food truck is not necessarily part of Adobe Guadalupe however due to it being on its property and part of our experience I had to give it 3 stars!! The wine is amazing and the bed and breakfast is great! Food truck not so much .. read more
