Instead, I spent months chasing basic deliverables, from server access to standard SOPs. Every timeframe they gave--"2-3 weeks," "any day now"--came and went without results. Their so-called "affordable and fast" services were neither. I never received the promised marketing push, no lead generation pipeline, and no support materials. The newsletters and advocates they bragged about? Nonexistent. The backend setup and hosting details? Still missing. Communication was spotty at best, and I constantly had to press for updates. After months, it became apparent what was happening. When I finally tried to resolve the issue through PayPal, Rank Above Others escalated the case, and PayPal ultimately sided with them--despite overwhelming evidence of undelivered services. It took my credit card company to step in and provide a refund after I documented everything. This was supposed to be a hassle-free solution, but it turned into a drawn-out, frustrating ordeal.
