When I got my booster, I needed an updated QR code as proof of the third shot. That interaction is what I'm basing my rating and review on. The person took my information efficiently. Of course, they had to photocopy it. Then, I received the QR code on a piece of paper in that same moment. I went to another pharmacy for my first QR codes and I had to wait. This pharmacy is more efficient. I can also say that they are efficient because a line was starting to form out the door and another person came out to help customers. It could have been a coincidence because that never happens but it definitely helped in me getting helped faster. If there is no parking in the front, they have a dedicated parking lot (where they are currently doing the Covid testing) around the back.

It is quite clean and the shelves are well stocked. I don't really like how they handle the makeup items on sale, however. They toss everything into a bin and some of the palettes were like the tester or something so they're gross and they make everything else in the bin gross. And your hands get gross if you choose to rifle through the bin. Maybe there was something in there that I might want to actually buy but we will never know because everything in there is contaminated. Sometimes stuff is labeled "Aktion" but it's unclear with the old or current price is. They could really label it better. If it's on sale but I don't know how much it is, I'm afraid I won't be much interested. But Rossmann is a dependable brand and consistent.
