First of all I waited 3 1/2 to 4 hours just to see the Dr Munoz. She gave me medication that did not work for my condition. I called many times and asked for her to return my call but, instead I got nothing. So therefore I was in pain for many weeks. I was told by her medical assistance that dr Munoz said to take over the counter medication that I I informed dr Munoz that it didn't work for me. I left 3-4 personal messages with her Medical Assistant to inform dr Muniz on my lack of progress and I receive no call back. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told also that she was going to return my call, and I got nothing. I can go on and on about Lack of professionalism that I've encountered with this practice But, instead I decided to spend more energy on looking for another doctor that will take my condition seriously. So, I voluntarily discontinue myself from this group. I should've read the reviews Before making an appointment with this so call "doctor" So my bad ‍‍. Lesson learned. The only reason why I gave them one star was because that was the only way I was able to write a review. Otherwise they deserve no stars.

I finally was able to pay what I owed, bcz of a problem with my insurance. I explained everything, but the person in charge of the finance department talked junk to me after I made the last payment and she told me to find another clinic, I was shocked and I still don't know why she just told me in an ugly voice, so she faxed my primary care doctor and said I was let go because I didn't come to my appointment, yet it's there policy to not give you an appointment until you have paid the balance

Very unprofessional here and not a good experience. Lets start with the front desk ladies laughed at how my name is spelled compared to how it is pronounced. I had appointment at 2:15pm today and did not get seen or was given any updates about the wait time as I waited in a room until 3:50pm. I waited for a hour with no updates or anything. I could hear through the walls the employee work drama and who doesnt like who and who cant do their jobs right along with complaining about patients. The Dr finally came to my room and I was explaining my problems and how its very frustrating that no one seems to know what going on with me. She just stared at me as if I were a inconvenience having nothing to say. I started to cry because of how overwhelmed I was with waiting for a hour with no updates and the front desk people laughing at me. She asked why I felt the need to cry. That was very very frustrating. This is a horrible place to come to.

On 2/19/26, I attended a scheduled appointment Integrated Pain Solutions-Summit Spine, for chronic back pain with right-sided neuropathic symptoms, in addition to new pain involving the hip, groin, and left leg. I was not informed at scheduling that the visit would be conducted via telehealth. Upon arrival, I waited approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes in the lobby and an additional 35 minutes for the provider, identified here as Ms. Shivers to sign onto the visit. The clinical interaction lasted roughly 15 minutes. During the encounter, Ms. Shivers indicated that a request would be sent to another physician for medication management whom I had never been evaluated by for pain management. Delegating medication decisions to a physician who has not examined the patient, without explanation, raises concerns regarding clinical oversight, continuity of care, and accountability. As of six days post-appointment, there was no documented follow-up regarding medication adjustments or submission of the MRI referral discussed for evaluation of new and potentially progressive symptoms. Office staff were reportedly unable to locate documentation of the visit when contacted today. Pain management involving new radiating or neurological symptoms requires structured follow-up, timely diagnostic imaging, and clearly defined physician responsibility. Delayed imaging and medication oversight are not administrative inconveniences, they represent potential patient safety risks. To patients: advocate for documentation, timelines, and clarity regarding who is directly responsible for your care. To providers and administrators: timely communication, transparent physician involvement, and proper documentation are foundational standards, not optional enhancements. Operational inefficiency and fragmented oversight erode patient trust and may compromise safety. If the medical field is not a genuine concern regarding patients CARE, PLEASE FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO DO!!!

We were finally called back at 1:55 (25 minutes past her 1:30 appointment). Spent 10 minutes with the nurse to check BP, count pills and to ask a few questions. We then spent 10 minutes with a Nurse Practitioner who is the only person my mom ever sees. Mom has never seen a doctor. This place has always been a "Pill Mill," They ask a few questions concerning any recent falls, recent surgeries or any medication changes. The Nurse Practitioner then sends a new 30 day pain pill prescription to the pharmacy. Things have gotten worse since they came under new management. For the past two monthly visits, we had waited over 30 minutes past our appointment, only to spent 10-15 minutes with a nurse/nurse practitioner. Integrated Pain Solution is the worst medical provider I have ever dealt with.

You can be standing at the front window and they will close it. In the meantime you get to hear them carrying on with their personal conversation about the day before or what they are going to do after work. The providers are even worse. Very rude and they just nod their heads up and down not particularly listening to anything you have to say. I also heard them talking about bringing up injections more or to all patients because they received nice kickbacks/bonuses from them. So they don't really care if you get upset or not. You're just a number with dollar signs behind it. If you don't like the service someone else is behind you to fill your spot. The woman that I saw (Crystal Rios) told me that a medication that is prescribed for my PTSD problems was a conflict. When I asked why and stated it was never a problem before and I have been going to this place for years. She just blew me off and said "just because it is". When I asked about what I should do about it she just responded with "I'm not a psychiatrist. You can have a pain problem or a mental problem NOT BOTH. You need to choose which one bothers you the most". So if you can avoid this place I would. If you can't and referd their by Tricare avoid the previously stated employee!
