I didn't have time to shop around so I have no idea what it should cost usually to translate a document but since they told me they could get it done by Friday and I needed it by Saturday, I just went with it. I was told they'd email me when I could come pick it up so I was disappointed when I didn't hear from them on Friday. I called on Saturday and was surprised that it was not ready. They were nice enough to offer to have it done by end of day Saturday but when I told them that I needed it for an appointment at noon, they offered to have it ready by 10. I didn't have time to pick up on Saturday and had to reschedule my appointment. On Monday, I received the notification to pick up my document. Although they were very accommodating over the phone and in person, I can't rely on them if I'm cutting it close and need a quick translation.
