Only way to get good service is by being WHITE!!!! I've been waiting all year for my taxes to be…read morefiled. It took for me to tell them to just send my paperwork back before they decided to file it. I've told them numerous times that I was homeless. Instead of them explaining that something needed to be done differently they pushed my paperwork off to the side ignore all phone calls never called back never returned any emails and every time I did try to reach out to someone it was always a message that they were on vacation or out of the country or office. There was always something. I would email Cynthia but get a reply from Marie stating they weren't in the office. Or I'd call and get the voicemail and no one would return my call. They would copy and paste the same email rather than call and explain exactly what they wanted or needed. I would send something and no reply. Or a reply of it being something they already had. I just want the same service the WHITE PEOPLE get!!!! If I received the same service then why I never get a call back? Why did it take for me to tell you to send me my paperwork and I'll have someone else do it in order for you to get something done? And now you want me to pay? For what? What did you do? You didn't answer any of my questions you didnt work with me for me to better understand what you needed or what you were doing. So what am I paying for? For being mistreated? For not receiving the services that you told me I would receive? Make it make sense. I send a email on 09/29/25 and don't hear back from them until today. No phone call or anything. Just an email stating my return is done and I needed to pay. In the photo is my message to them two weeks ago. And then their reply to me today. And on top of it all it's a bunch of different emails from different people.

After several rescheduling and 2 interviews. I got a call that I got the job. I was told I would be given more information about the job but I never did. I had to ask numerous times for benefits information. Finally when I got it I found out the benefits suck. Health insurance you have to meet the $3500 deductible before the plan pays for anything. I tried to get in touch with the attorney to discuss the job before accepting it and tried reaching out numerous times via email and phone with no call or response back. I am glad I never got a call back because just the experience I had with the interview phase alone they are so unprofessional and working there would probably be a nightmare.
