It was made with Daniel. Front desk was very nice. Sent me to a room to wait. Appointment was at 10:30am. Arrived early. Brought my resume. This was the second time I had come in. The first time wasn't great. Staying hopeful. Just want to work and help a company. Nicole had me feel out another review document shortly after arriving. It just indicated some personal stuff like address and number. It wasn't Daniel after all. It was the same worker I had last time. Sunshine. She left me feeling hopeless last time and this time, after talking to her and receiving great feedback I couldn't be more hopeful. Also talked to Daniel who was very nice and notified me that it is a work in progress. They have a job for me. Just submitted background check to send to new job position. I was notified the job was for a call pharmaceutical center. Didnt hear anything back after signing and getting a background check. Received an e-mail and my background check was cleared. Followed up again and spoke to Sunshine who said it was being worked on and I would be contacted. Never heard back. Apparently if you recovered from a bad accident and dont look perfect, you aren't wanted. My gf did the same thing and was given a job in a week. This is my 3rd week with No response. I've done everything they asked or sent me. Guess that's not good enough. Followed up again today before submitting this and received no response. Emailed Sunshine. Not right. Refuse to give up. As far as I'm concerned, not representing unemployed people (hey idiots you are an employment agency!) should be illegal. I'm guessing they have dramatically changed their tune since then because no one can get any qualified help after COVID. I have had very positive experiences with RHI outside of Fresno in LA and SF, most recently in San Jose, but would never go back to the Fresno office. No matter how qualified I was, I couldn't get anyone to return my calls after I had to quit my toxic job, even for temporary placements.

I want to give a big shoutout to Michelle H. who was in the Visalia office but now at the Fresno office. She reviewed my application, conducted a phone interview, and within two days got me a job that was below my educational background but I trusted her and did the assignment to best the of my abilities. The assignment was only supposed to be temporary and to terminate within a month but I did my best and the client extended my assignment and converted it to a temp to hire assignment. Within that month, the client had boasted about my work ethics to Express and I was nominated as Employee of the Month for the month of January and received a few goody items and put into their newsletter. Fast forward 6 months, the client offered me a junior level job and have increased my pay rate along with full benefits. I contacted them each day, reminding them that I was out of town for a week. Since returning home, I haven't gotten anything. I am not a difficult person to find work for. We scheduled a zoom meeting for that afternoon. Everything seemed to go well she had two prospect employers sounded very promising. She said she was gonna send off my résumé to them and send a email blast to her colleagues. I emailed her Wed and Thur, with no responses. So, Friday I still hadn't heard from her, so I called. Her response was don't email because she won't answer, just text her. I asked about the two positions. She said one of them has Covid and the other one was doing employee position restructure. I said OK no worries. She also said she was gonna get out an email blast. I gave her a call, hadn't heard from her for a week, left vm. I missed your call when she called back. She left a very aggressive voicemail stating she had been in contact since our initial call I called her back. She didn't answer. Left a voicemail apologizing for the miscommunication and asked her to call me. It's been two weeks. haven't heard from her. Their value in client Service is very poor. They are unprofessional, there systems are antequated, and they are dishonest people. I was told that several jobs that they had posted on their site have been filled. Yet they are still posted. According to other reviews on this page this is some sort of tactic . Which leads me to believe that they are false. I asked if I could come in a speak to a recruiter, which happened to be the owner. After looking over all of my qualifications she sent me on an assignment that was well below my pay requirements, for a position that also was below my qualifications. It is my beliefe that she was aware that this was " hostile work environment". When she checked in with me after about 3 weeks, because they had failed to pay me that week. I just simply stated I would like her to look for a new work assignment more closely related to my qualifications and pay requirements. The next day I was told that the current assignment ended. That to me was a set up to fail. They may be the oldest staffing agency in Fresno , but I see why not many people have had any success with them.
