These individuals in this agency are completely incompetent. Rather than do their jobs, they prefer to hide behind that incompetence/stupidity. They can't seem to come to the conclusion their jobs should involve more than faxing off resumes to businesses and waiting to see who is chosen. Interaction with the employee and client, returned calls in a timely manner and, if there is nothing to report, letting the employee know periodically so they don't assume they are just twisting in the wind, and when a mistake is made, acknowledging it instead of attempting to turn it around on the employee when it clearly isn't that person's responsibility. If you haven't acknowledged that stupidity, then, more than likely, you're not going to do anything to change it.
