Definitely not as good as it used to be. I called to make an appointment for a consultation for a memorial tattoo but also happened to be a cover up for my little brother. The lady on the phone was super sweet and professional and said the best thing to do is just come on in and we can get you set up! She asked what time I would like and I responded with 5:30 please as I work at the hospital at 7 and I'm an early arriver for my shifts. She said, that's perfect, come on in and we'll be waiting for you. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment, informed the desk of who i spoke to, who nine yards. The gentleman i spoke to was nice, but right away admitted that he couldn't do my tattoo as he only had done a few cover ups (no big deal) i appreciate the honesty! He recommends another artist in the shop, Luke, who is a veteran tattoo artist and could definitely do my piece I'm looking for! Okay sounds great! Then this is where things went south. The guy I was speaking to informed me that Luke wouldn't do any consulting passed 6pm. He wouldn't even ask him, even after I informed him I live an hour away. When I asked him how long a consult would take, the gentleman said, "10, 15 minutes max." I responded with, "i cant really make that work with my work schedule. Plus it doesnt make sense to drove an hour for a 10-15 minute consult on my day off." Complete silence for a minute, the gentleman asked, "would you like to set something up?" I looked at my planner to see if i could make something work, ultimately i wasnt able to find a spot that would work. Told the gentleman, "thank you and have a nice day." I wont return. read more

i got my belly pierced by magdalena, and over time my belly just got worse no matter what i tried texting and calling and looking at the paper of introductions and my stomach turned into a big scar cause it was crooked and now it's saggy and i won't be able to have my belly pierced cause of this place. and it was $150 is crazy. read more

brennen semple is honestly the worst person ive ever had to deal with in the local tattoo community. He uses his craft to try getting into his female clients pants, and if youre a dude, he's completely standoffish and rude while he tattoos u. he doesnt follow the stencil, or listen to the customer's needs/wants. he's unprepared and just an overall unpleasant guy! also this shop is sketchy as hell! read more

One of the tattoo artist is shitty at tattooing and condones making fun of mentally handicapped people. Why you would employ someone like that is beyond me. This shop is trash. Most of the employees seem to have poor reviews anyway. Posted a review, and got attacked. Contacted the owner about the tattoo artists poor judgement and professional presentation of himself to a total stranger and potential customer and he told me that my "relationship with him had nothing to do with the shop." If you're willing to employ someone who will make fun of the handicapped, you better hope as a handicapped person you end up in his chair. Fuck people who think they can talk shit on Facebook to strangers about serious concerns, and get away with it. Go tattoo a dick on your own forehead and stop making fun of people with mental disabilities. Also, learn how to do line and shade work buddy. Don't tattoo a wilderness scene with cattails on someone and when someone calls you out for it looking like shitty corn dogs and actually say they're corn dogs cause you can't tattoo. Take the fucking time to learn your trade. Drop the ego and practice. Fuck this guy and fuck this shop. The staff was very friendly but one of the things they said was just inappropriate. My 3 friends and I came here to get piercings done and the person (Douglas) who did our piercings explained to my friend, "I'm sorry if I smell like a brewery, I went out last night and didn't know I was scheduled to work." That's not exactly what you would want to hear when someone is about to shove a needle through your ear. The comment made us uncomfortable/caught us off guard, and gave us a reason why we wouldn't come back. read more
