My nail tech this time was Sam, and he was super rude and kept getting extremely frustrated with me and the position of my hands/wrist. No matter how I moved it, it was never good enough. This has never been an issue anytime I have gotten my nails done & especially wasn't an issue when I got my nails done with Van. At one point, he stopped what he was doing, stared at me straight faced, took his tool and continuously kept tapping his tool in my hand until I "fixed" the position of it. He kept shaking his head & huffing & puffing the whole time. He told me not to look at him & even mentioned something about "fighting", but couldn't hear the full context. He never once smiled, or anything at the end and just moved on to the next person. Van had to stop what she was doing to check me out at the counter. I of course did not tip and left a note on the receipt about him. I will not be returning because of him. Do not book with Sam!

My nails weren't trimmed and filed. And there was quite a bit of shellac around the outside of my toe nails. Also the fastest pedicure I've ever had. Probably 20 minutes total. She didn't take her time. She was going to do my manicure but I opted not to get one because of the bad pedicure. I paid $50 for this. Also when paying she threw my card back at me. I was never rude. Nor did I complain. I'm assuming she was upset because I didn't leave a tip.

I showed him two reference photos for my nails asking if there was a way to maybe combine them and he nailed it completely showing me two different colors to be sure which one I wanted! Super happy and will be requesting him as a nail tech again 100%! The salon is relaxing and everyone was super kind and attentive!

Through the entire almost 2 hours I was there, the only conversation she initiated was about my diet, sugar intake, and how I could be "much more pretty" if I lost some weight. "Drink more water and not be so bloated or pale in the face" .... I have endometriosis and I'm severely anemic. I'm really sad because I actually liked the nail service even if it was a bit expensive, but never going back there.
