Feels good when you can relate to someone. Dr. Skinner was very professional and polite. Being a drop in patient, I appreciate him taking the time to speak to me after the treatment, and the whole experience with him was perfect. I began with a series of stretching exercises to be done twice daily. After a number of weeks additional stretching exercises were added. Finally a series of upper and lower body exercises working with weights was added. About this time I saw my osteopath for the first time since she gave me the referral. Unsolicited she commented that my posture had improved and I was standing up much straighter. My range of motion, strength and flexibility have improved. I visited the facility on Monday, Wednesday and Friday over the course of 20 weeks. The staff is professional and is there to help each individual each step of the way. Rick Sidor, the owner, and his staff, Ben and Pat work to ensure each visit is successful. Visits are scheduled to maximize each appointment. My visits included treatments to my back when necessary because of tightness or soreness. For the last month or so of my visits, the treatments weren't necessary.
