Do NOT do business with this guy, like the other locksmith warned me, he will not only try to scam you, but will then threaten you for placing an honest review on Yelp!

It was 14° outside. Bruce came over quickly , on a holiday. He was able to identify the issue which was to replace the bolt but he also had to move the strike plate and some other tactics so that the dead bolt would lock smoothly .
