Adams is my favourite place to visit! As soon as you walk through the door you smell the most amazing smells and know your in a true deli. This is not only a Deli, they have a butcher as well so do lovely fresh meat, sausages, salami's, smoked small goods and European products you usually can't find at the supermarket. They also have a cheese fridge. They have an ATM inside and also have seating available. They sell a range of fresh sandwiches for lunch as well. The ladies behind the counter give great customer service and have always been helpful. I have to travel around 45 mins to an hour but it's definately worth the drive! The meats are top quality and fresh as well. I definately rave about this Deli to my friends and would recommend it to those who know there meats and don't have a good deli or those who want to try something new and freaking delicious. read more

You can smell it as you drive into the car park. Mmm, that delicious smell of smoked meat. Open the doors and step inside. Close your eyes for a moment and you are taken back to your childhood when your Polish grandparents would have laid out before you, every kind of smoked and cured meat/sausage you had ever imagined. Breathe it in. Don't be put off by people speaking Polish (genuine authentic deli!!) rest assured their English is excellent. The ladies are super friendly and happy to assist with any questions you may have. The Cheese Kransky is to die for, and puts ALL other brands to shame. Everything they do is delicious, but try the "Danish Delight". It's rolled Pork Belly with cracked pepper.....I'm sure there were other things in it but she had me at 'Pork Belly'. This place is amazing!!! Most of the salami and ham is made on site, so the place smells smoky and delicious. DO NOT GO THERE HUNGRY!!! They make Gypsy ham, that should just be eaten by itself. The Adams' special salami is a little bit on a spicy side, but I can't have too much of it. We also usually buy a whole stick of beef kulen and half a dosen meatwurst. By the time we get home, we eat most of the slices things. The range of imported foods, dried nuts and herbs is one of the greatest I've seen in Brisbane. The ladies are happy to offer you a taste of any of the cut meats. Good selection of earopean cheeses. There's also cheap top quality raw pork. They only take cash, but there is an ATM inside. Delicious, European style meats. They are NOT CHEAP and it is CASH ONLY. Although they are very tasty, the quality in the last two years seems to be waning. Of late, they seem to be adding more water (?) to the processed meats as the paper they wrap it in is saturated by then time you get home. Also, have found GRISTLE in their Frankfurts.
