The staff was friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable and they had the items that I decided upon in stock. (Well across the lake and I could have them the next day, close enough). A little bit later into the job, we decided to extend the gutters and add (and replace) some fascia, and soffet. I bought it all here. Happy so far with the quality and experience.

Never use this company!…read more I contracted this company to install countertops in my home. They sent a crew that spoke no English. They did a terrible job. Huge gaps, terrible seams, crooked sinks. I complained. The company refused to cut new stone. They sent the same crew out again, with no translator. They attempted to make adjustments to the countertop in place. This created dust that filled my entire home. It did not fix the problems. They came back 3 times to make adjustments. Beyond the language barrier, the crew was very unprofessional. They took tools out of my garage and used them to complete work. Nothing was stolen but seriously you don't have your own drill? The company was terrible to deal with. We would call and no one would answer. We would go to the store and it would be closed during their posted business hours. We left messages and sent emails, and it would take days to get a response. The only thing they wanted to do was send out the crew who couldn't understand my complaints for adjustments. They acted like the work in the photos below was quality and that my wife and I had unreasonable expectations.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about CC. From the moment I spoke with Chi, I knew we would be in good hands. She had Ms Linda measured our kitchen right next day, and we confirmed our 3d design in 4 days before ordering. They installed our entire kitchen in one week, and just 2 days project. Chi and her team's knowledge around everything needed to complete the work is phenomenal. The work took just 2 days. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and over-delivered on what we asked them to do. If you are considering redoing your kitchen with CC, you should. Just make sure that you call Chi.

James was simply spectacular to work with on our building project! This was not easy task, as we…read morewere renovating a 5,760 square foot building into residential space and a commercial shop. We knew the "feel" that we desired, but were not sure how to convey that. James not only listened to us, but truly understood us. He was able to take our rather vague and sometimes disjointed ideas and mold them into a reality that far exceeded our expectations. To complicate matters further, we had already purchased a number of items (stainless modular cabinets, a fireplace and book case, bathtubs, glass shower enclosures, etc.) from a kitchen and bath design center closeout. All beautiful items that we wanted to incorporate into our build. This created a number of constraints that James had to work around, but he certainly took it in stride. In the end, we could not be happier! Everything came together to make a beautiful living space and spectacular shop. The living area is not only lovely, but extremely livable. Our guests constantly compliment us on our home. I think perhaps the strongest endorsement is when someone asks what we would have done differently....and our response is "Nothing!" This is due much more to James' skills and insights than to our guidance. We are confident James will provide you with the same dedication, personal touch, and creativity that he gave us. We encourage you to give him an opportunity at your next building project.

I thought that…read morerebranding was going to be a stressful and painful process, but Cathedral not only created an unique and eye-catching logo, but they walked us through each process knowing exactly what was needed to make the transition. Cathedral made a complete connection between our mission and image. Cathedral has been working with us on events, t-shirts, social media, web graphics, programs and fundraisers for over a year, and we couldn't be more excited to see the change. We have been able to be both educational and fresh in this ever changing environment, and that is essential to the work that we do here in Louisiana. One thing that I cannot brag about enough is their ability to work with our account on an administrative level - we have a small organization, which means we have a small staff. They gave us competitive pricing and coordination for all of our pieces, from t-shirts to business cards! The turnaround on projects is unbelievable. I can't believe how quickly they have been able to step up and work with us on a tight calendar.

At their end, however, the start time was quite variable, and yet even if they arrived 15 minutes late they would leave right at the appointed time. The last straw was when we came home well after they were supposed to be done to discover they had sent just one person to the house (vs the two we were paying for), and that person failed to do dishes, tidy up, or complete much work beyond mopping the floor in two hours. We terminated the relationship after 6 weeks.
