Turns out that couldn't be further from the truth. I'll spare you the details but my ex and I came to an agreement that she actually created based on the judge's temporary relief recommendations. My ex and I were going to type the agreement out together, but the firm suggested they would do it so my ex and I didn't screw it up. Well turns out Hunter Law, that I paid 15,000$ and trusted to have my son and my best interest at the forefront screwed up the contract. As a result of their clerical errors I will miss well over a year of time with my son over the course of his life. My mistake was trusting this firm. They made it right by offering me 1/3 of the money I paid them back and a half hearted apology from the lawyer and suggested sometimes lawyers make mistakes.
