This gentleman was the selling agent on a house I recently purchased in Clovis. I felt like I was dealing with an emotional high school child. Upon acceptance of our offer the closing date was agreed upon. Additionally I offered full asking price, had funding, deposit in hand, etc. As the closing date got closer Adam quit answering phone calls and emails from our agent in regards to the closing of the house. This went on for at least two weeks. There was also an incident when Adam just hung up on my agent instead of dealing with the problem and talking to my agent about what the hold up was. This is not the first house I have purchased. I'm not new to the home owner game and I know how the process works. I have bought an sold three homes. I was moving from out of town and hoping to move right into my new house. Because of Adams lack of communication and immature attitude my house closed over two weeks passed the agreed upon date. When we finally did close, the previous owners of the house were very helpful (giving me the contact info for the gardener, discussing little quirks of the house, etc) so I am confident it was not the sellers of the house who were being difficult. I understand that sometimes there are circumstances when houses do not close on time but in these cases the agent communicates. Not the case with this "child". I normally would not even give a review for this type of thing, but due to this persons extremely unprofessional attitude I feel that I need to send out this public service announcement. read more
