I'm 72 and thanks to Khem I'm walking like a youngster. She will work strong or gentle, however you like but if you really want to get rid of deep-seated pain, opt for the strong. Great music, pleasant atmosphere - couldn't recommend it highly enough. Thank you, Khem.

Got my first ever remedial massage with Stable and had a really pleasant experience. The interiors…read moreand decor are very clean and fresh, creating a very chilled and relaxing atmosphere. As for the massage itself, my therapist knew exactly what she was doing, and was surprisingly aware of what physical activities I was undertaking. At the end she gave me some great advice about my posture and maintaining correct exercise technique to prevent injury. I've already booked my second appointment.

The people working here do practice what they preach with their positive energy, and provide expert…read moreguidance to those spiritual souls who need a bit of guidance from time to time. The books are well presented and there is a children's book area with a little play area. The waiting area for the treatments is inviting, and the water tastes like it is filtered and fresh. A brief reading with Tina on any given weekend for a bit of expert guidance (especially if you are going through some major, positive changes in your life) is fantastic and so spot on accurate (or so close to the mark) it was indeed freaky. I was told that I was a freelance writer, and that my writing business will be taking off, of which (not bragging here) has already started to, and mentioned that I will be flying up to Sydney again this month for work (yes correct, this was not preconceived, and strangely enough almost a week later the flights were booked; and I am off to Sydney this Saturday at the time of writing this). The space is inviting, and Tina is someone you just want to hug at the end of the reading. Although the reading was private; I just wanted to share a glimpse of what Tina told me while experiencing a positive energetic shift in my psyche at this establishment.

The massages are pretty good and they are always very careful to ensure that they are applying the right amount of pressure for you as a patient. Do note that they don't take credit cards, eftpos or coins here. They ONLY take cash - as in notes people. It is very weird, particularly the part about coins. I've always been tempted to take along $5 of the $15 in coins but have always been too worried that they wouldn't accept it, so I don't really know how strict they are on that. I find the branch on Dorset road to be a little creepier than the other branches. The Dorset road branch is always super quiet and there is never any background music playing. The waiting room is huge although there is never anyone in it aside from me and there are two reception desks that are empty unless you summon someone with a bell. For $15 for an hours massage though, I just put up with the weirdness. Sometimes I get a really nice masseur who puts me at ease with friendly chit chat but mostly I get people who are quiet and don't say anything much.
