I did visit this place in october month 2014 and at that time did Adaland give me that impression that it was possible to go and swim with their dolphins by buying a program for 90 EUR so I chose to buy a ticket to that program.
The program wasn't about swimming with dolphins, it was only about training of a dolphin. The dolphin and I was told what to do through the entire program. I was also asked to give different kinds of signals to the dolphin just like the dolphin trainer was doing and the dolphin was rewarded with fish every time it obeyed the signals correctly. The dolphin was more interesting towards the trainer and the box with fish then it was towards me.
If the dolphin and I was free to move around together in the water as we pleased through the entire program, then I would have been swimming with the dolphin but that was not the case, I was only assisting a dolphin trainer with his job.
The dolphin trainer was getting paid to be working but I paid to be working as a dolphin trainer assistent. That sucks :-( They sold me work but let me believe it was about swimming with dolphins, that is a master stroke but in least was it a real living dolphin and not an inflatable dolphin.
No one shall pee in my cup and then tell me it's just tea. I left the place with very bad taste in my mouth. I should have known better, if something sounds to good to be true, then it probably is and this time it was.
I found out that I actualy need a permission to work outside of my country, which I didn't have so have I have also been working illegally too. I will differently not recommend anyone to go to this place. read more
