Founded in 1994, Adair is an independent multi-disciplinary construction consultant with offices in London, Gibraltar and Dubai. We act as quantity surveyors, monitoring surveyors, project managers and building surveyors for projects across all construction sectors and have acquired a significant reputation with respect to high end residential development. We also provide expert advice in contractor's services, dispute resolution and party wall surveying. Our client base ranges from private individuals, banks, private equity funds and solicitors to family offices, developers, contractors and trusts. In addition to the UK, we have completed projects in many territories including Gibraltar, Ireland, Barbados, Finland, Spain, the Cayman Islands and the United Arab Emirates.
