I think the whole business page needs some working on. I have called all week during business times…read moreand got no answer, there is no place to leave a message, so I drove half an hour to get there to see if he was still in business after not hearing back from him. ADAC towed my auto there from Austria and I wanted to know if he had the truck yet, or the keys too once I went there to see if my truck was there. This business is not very professional in ways of contact and keeping in touch with the owners. They need some valid hours posted on their gate and website as well as online. Right now, this place is very unreliable unfortunately.- The hours posted here are complete rubbish, know that before going there.

A couple things which brought this place down in quality. I went here because it was recommended…read morebased upon the type of car I have. The management was nice. He helped me with all the questions I had. In Addition, they were really good about finding deals and paying at a later date. However, there were two major things I didn't like. 1. I gave them my registration for my car, and then after I left the registration at the shop, I went back and asked if I left it. I was told no, but when I went back for the actual work to be done on the car, surprisingly, my registration just "appeared"... so I had to pay for a new registration since they couldn't find it the first time although when I went back, it magically appeared. 2. The work which was performed on my car was supposed to take 1 hour. I stayed in the shop for two hours. Car just sitting outside after the first 60 minutes. Work finished and everything. The actual job should have took about 45 minutes. I think I'll be going to a different shop from now on. If all Toyota shops in Germany are like this, I'll take my chances doing the work myself. 3. I just feel as if I should have went to a different shop.
