They let me compare instruments for as long as I need, and don't make me feel like an idiot when I ask questions. Every time I've been there, someone was able to assist me in English. I wish they had more interesting guitar straps, and more basses/accessories in crazy colors like sparkly gold, bright blue, pink, green, etc. But no place in Warsaw has colorful glittery basses, so I can't really fault them. When I have some time, I'll probably refinish my own until it sparkles like a disco ball. Because there are so many instruments hanging from the walls and ceiling, you must be *very* aware of your surroundings when you're lifting merchandise or you're liable to crash the electric guitar you're looking at into some much more expensive instrument, and everyone winces and you feel like a jerk. Not sure what would happen if you did actual damage that way, but I hope never to find out.
