Found a leak in an area worked on by this company a while ago. Promised to come and do an inspection (no warranty involved), but was put off continuously for weeks. Wouldn't return messages and refused to show up. Found out why when another company discovered the leak was caused by improper / careless work. Poor quality and unreliable, a bad combination. read more

We finally got them in several days later and the job was only half fixed. Next time we needed work done we called on a Sunday and were told we'd get a call back the next day. No call back so we called again on Monday. Same thing happened. As of Wednesday still no call. They do decent work if it's a big job but for something smaller they say they will call and show up and they don't. Not bad work when they bother to show up.

Before the couch was moved, I called Bear Cleaners to see if they could squeeze me in on short notice... And I'm so glad they could!
