I do not subscribe to the idea that Western medicine is bout about it. I used to suffer from horrible migraines, and one of the most successful treatments I received was acupuncture. Whatever ails you, Health & Harmony has something to fix you right up. I picked up some herb-tea packets that tasted really funky but did the trick. I also go some various other pills and potions to deal with headaches, cold and sleeplessness. Seriously, if there is something wrong with you, why not try something different before heading off to the doctor? The staff is awesome and full of knowledge. If they weren't it would be incredibly difficult to find what you need, as a lot of packages are written in Chinese.

I arrived for my appointment early and was still made to wait in one of the treatment rooms for 40 mins, with no heads up that it might be a while. Facial itself was ok, though 20 of the 60 mins was just spent with more waiting by myself with a mask on. The massage at the end was pretty crap: 5 min, over the clothes, may as well not have bothered. Glad I didn't pay full price, left more frustrated than relaxed.

Between buying the deal and the deal expiring four months later, I called the number countless times but never got through to anyone: the number would ring and ring and then say that the number could not take my call, leaving no option to leave a voicemail. The number was an Irish mobile number, rather than a landline number to the business itself. I also tried making an appointment by email just after buying the deal but didn't receive a response. I tried one last time by email when my Groupon was about to expire, and received a response saying they couldn't book an appointment for me as they were fully booked until the expiry date. In response to my query about calling, the email said they always respond to their clients so they probably just couldn't reach me when they called me back. I didn't have any missed calls on my phone, so not sure what happened there. They advised that I contact Groupon to resolve the issue, which was a little frustrating as the issue lay with not being able to reach the clinic to make an appointment, not with Groupon. In the end I lost out on a treatment I paid for, simply because I couldn't book myself in. I've heard good things about Ren Shen, but I'd be worried about buying another deal in case the same thing happens again!
