Got there on time, waited 10 min and that physio still hasn't turned up. I told one of the staff, I must go or I will be really late for work. I was expecting that physio to call to explain or for an apology, but that never happened, until I called them up asking for one. To my surprise, she said she always start at 8.20am on a Friday morning, even she was the person who booked me in. And she hasn't had a break since she got in, so could not call back. Where is the respect to her clients time? I will not be returning.
