I somehow got a load of bad fuel contaminated with water and diesel bug. The contaminated fuel damaged my fuel system. State Farm denied the claim for wear and tear. Yes, a vehicle two years old and with only twenty-five thousand miles was denied for wear and tear. The proximate cause of the damage was the sudden and accidental introduction of contaminated fuel, not wear and tear. The sad thing is this Agency sided with the Auto Property Adjuster who made the coverage decision. I know how far this company has fallen as I was an Adjuster for State Farm my first eight years out of college in the 90s. It makes me sad that a once great company turned into what it is now! Approximately 17K to repair the fuel contamination claim State Farm denied.

When my homeowner's rates skyrocketed (like everyone else's) she helped me reevaluate my policy and deductibles and get the rate down to something more affordable. I did shop for several additional quotes and am satisfied that State Farm's rates remain competitive with the market. I recently suffered a small amount of damage to my car.
