Even after you cancel they still charge you. There is no number to call, so you're stuck trying to email someone who may or may not write you back. They have an opening for part time enrollment (Mondays and Fridays) if anyone is interested (a rare and potentially very attractive arrangement for someone who wants to ease a young child into school). We were told that we could bring the registration package in after spring break, only to later be told that our children had been removed and that the classes were now full. The communication throughout the process was extremely frustrating and left us feeling that our family was not treated fairly or respectfully. What was especially disappointing was the lack of compassion and willingness to work with us to find a reasonable solution. We made several attempts to communicate with the school and seek clarification, but the experience became increasingly stressful. As parents, we expect a school to communicate clearly, treat families with respect, and put the children's best interests first. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I hope the school takes this feedback seriously, because families deserve better communication, transparency, and consideration.
