I won't describe here the smell in the room... I also talked to someone who had a pregnancy class with a teacher who never gave one before. I also didn't feel comfortable when I saw the teacher parking her big black SUV. There are plenty of nice small studios in Antwerp, cheaper, more beautiful, and above all less crowded. What you get at Antwerp yoga is paying 15€ for a one hour class with your mat next to someone else's mat with 30-40 more people.

They're coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, and can help any athlete at any level to improve. On top of all of that, the experience was also multi-cultural!
