The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. The phone number they list can be reached via WhatsApp which was very helpful to us! Just be aware it takes time for the doctors to get to you. Plan for a few hours start to finish. That said, I'll take waiting in my hotel over some strange urgent care center. Overall a solid service that is going in my address book in case we ever need their services again (but I sure hope we don't!).

The doc came out and said wow there's a lot of lite red blood this is a emergency. When he was asked how he wishes to pay my friend said he can't find his insurance card and out of panic we forgot his passport at home. The doctor said with out insurance I won't treat you! I'm glad I recorded that twice with my handy cam. The amount of blood was enough to soak my friends backside all the way to the shoe. I wired $15,022 euro to accounting department which Mr Sevecke is head of and received confirmation from Melanie. Unfortunately my wife fell and fractured her wrist in early August, has been in cast and under doctor's care ever since. She was coming to take care of me through surgery and rehab. Then I received more bad news after a series of consults and X-rays that my knee had deteriorated more. I advised Melanie on August 15th I had to cancel surgery and have it done in US. She acknowledged and confirmed surgery has been cancelled and "I would get my money back immediately". Last correspondence with Melanie said "I have nothing to do with it. This is about the accounting department and they are informed....please be patient" my patience has run out! To date it has not happened and I have heard nothing back from accounting. If this is the way this hospital does business I can not recommend.
