The site said to allow up to 24 hours for a response. In less than 1 hour I received a message. The rate was right on target with what I had budgeted for. After I accepted the rate, Dan the owner said he could do the job within the same week. Dan stated that he would be at my house between 2 and 5pm. He was not kidding. 2:00 sharp he was at my house preparing for job. I was so impressed with that alone, but then he took it a step further. Dan was extremely polite and never once used any foul language which was so refreshing to me. He was respectful of my requests and my property. I kid you, not he had the total job done by a little after 5:00 pm. Here, I thought he meant he would arrive at my house between 2 and 5, but not complete the job at that time. Needless to say, I was so impressed I asked him if he did any other kind of maintenance work I could hire him to do. Dan, you are one top-notch guy. Thank you so much. So convenient for someone who works during prime business hours. I was pretty impressed that they gave me an initial appt for the day after I called. I was even more impressed that they were able to complete the job within the same day as my initial quote appt!!! They said that usually doesn't happen but I guess I got lucky.
