I called tonight with a hypothetical question that I had I because I kept getting conflicting…read moreinformation about how bonds work, what is bail, the percentage they are allowed to charge, etc. Basically how long would the anilmal that terrorized me would be locked and what will would it take for him to get out. Joseph was so honest and forthright so I finally opened up to him that the person that I was hypothetically asking about was recently arrested for stalking me, as well as stalking 2 other women prior to me as well. He was not a first timeeither. He is scary and has multiple felonies, current and prior in Pinellas and Orange Counties. This man simply just could not comport himself like normal people do in society today. Joseph said that because I called with the information I had, the information he was able to find himself and based upon what I provided him that neither his office or his other sister office would not bond out this particular person. This an upstanding company. If you truely need a bondsman, use them. They are stand up. You are always incocent until proven guilty. However If you want to make sure you're going to be safe and not the one in the crimial systems crosshairs you can always reach out to them as well. I believe there should be more companies like this. Bail bondsman always get a bad rap. Always bailing out losers so to speak. Everyone has their own story. Mine is this, is you need infomation, if you need a bond, call here first. Thank you so much Joseph, I'm leaving my name anonymous for my own protection, not because I don't believe in this company.

He left for the jail right after we finished the paper work and our friend was on the streets a few hours later. If you find yourself or a close friend has been arrested and you want him/her sprung. Always Available Bail Bonds in Pinellas County, FL is the most valuable company you could ever do…read morebusiness with; especially, at one of the worst times in history. I called her in October of 2020, and even during Covid, Tina made sure I was taken care of! I can grasp the concept that no one is going to contact a bail bondsman/bail bondswoman at their highest point in life, especially in my situation where I went to check-in/signup for ROR but I got the dates messed up and went the next day, so they filed a warrant for my arrest and I was looking a month before my next court date, but on the first two rings, she answered and came through! I never expected Tina to help me the way did, but she was ready and available to start calling up the rolodex of numbers, (not recommended to do for anyone you need help from), I gave to her over the phone, and even though she didn't have to, she came through! This goes without saying, but with how todays generation is blooming I'll still say this: She is a very busy woman, so use whatever common sense you still have & always treat her with respect and kindness and Tina will be always available to facilitate bailing anyone out of their self-induced dilemma. Thank you Tina!

I did business with Nik of Time a few years ago. He screwed over my brother, neighbor, a mutual…read morefriend, and me. My neighbor, Kurt, was arrested for reckless driving on a motorcycle without a license. He had in his bank but can't use it while in jail and can't be his own indemnitor. He asked me to bail him out. I used my via text, signed a few docs, and texted a copy of my ID as Nick requested. Kurt reimbursed me on the way home from the jail. When Kurt signed his paperwork Nick tried to tie Kurts motorcycle to the bond regardless that 10% was paid, he hadn't missed court, and I was still the guarantor in which nobody asked me for collateral. While Kurt went through his court procedures throughout the year, Nick and I had a mutual friend, Dave, who was arrested about 3 months later. This time I did not have to sign docs agreeing to be the indemnitor. But Dave, Nick, and I agree I'll put up the $200 while the bail was processing. I couldn't meet Nick in the office before he started the bail process. However, he used my ID & the information that I had sent him on text 3 months prior. I was going to use cash but it's a good thing I didn't because Nick had charged my without my knowledge or consent using the previous card & ID from the photo messages that he kept stored in his phone from 3 months prior. Those private unsecured messages should've been deleted so that alone was shady. However, I was expecting an immediate reimbursement; so I didn't make a big fuss. Upon Dave's release he paid Nick the $200. I hadn't heard anything from either of them for about 3 or 4 days. I called Dave and he claimed he already paid Nick. Nick refused to answer my calls and no reimbursing had started. I reported the unauthorized transactions which were substituted with cash from Dave. The representative submitted my claim for reimbursement & temporarily removed the charges. They said the merchant has 30 days to reply or the credit will be permanent. Instead of replying to card services as any business would, he showed up at 1 AM to my neighbor, Kurt, looking like he was feigning for dope with a large gun. He was threatening to revoke Kurt's bond if he didn't call & get me over there. I thought it was an emergency so I left immediately without even putting my shoes on. Nick & his friend waited for me. As I entered, his friend closed the door & remained behind me. Nick was on the couch, in front of me, with the barrel of his gun, pointing at me. He demanded I give him $200 because card services deducted it from his merchant account. This ghetto man, was threatening to revoke Kurt's bail, and take him to jail. Kurt offered to give him the , but he refused it, claiming that wasn't the point. I refuse to pay & reminded him Dave already paid him the $200 which meant he was to reimburse me. I also expressed my frustration that the card was used without my approval and it's unprofessional to conduct business with illegal ultimatums at 1 AM. I left without paying. The next day Kurt told me he had to pay or sign his motorcycle title to Nick. I was going to report him but I had kids living with me and he had threatened to shoot my house up if I made a report. I called about 5 other bail bondsmen to see if any of this behavior was legal and they confirmed it was not. Of the 5, there were 4 that guested who it was. There were 2 who recommended I let it go. They stated he is possibly crazy enough to follow through with his threat or cause other harm to me & my kids. Now that my kids are grown and we moved I'm going to post the truth of that night and possibly report him. The only good thing was he never disputed the refund with the bank so I was able to keep the $200. He even ripped my brother off on the 10% fee as his bondsman years ago in which he was $400 short. When he got out he put his $500 watch up as collateral. When Nick received the cash he never returned the watch. This guy shouldn't even have a business dealing with customers. He's a criminal in my eyes .
