Company was hired by our contractor to install sod and irrigation in the front yard along with…read morelandscaping. I hired them to do the back yard. Upon completion of the work, several sprinklers did not work properly and the sod was not positioned well at all. This left ruts in between the sod. Also the sod was not placed from property line to property line. When told of the issues he said he would be back to fix it. He came back, not when he said he would, but never fully fixed the issues. Now 6 months later I replaced the sprinkler heads and just found out they ran one of the water line on the lot next door to us. Now they are leveling that lot and broke the water line. The contractor called this so called landscaping company and was told they would come and move the line and repair it. They did come and fix the line and moved it to our property. He also asked me what type of plants I wanted around our house. I told him I wanted low maintenance plants and nothing tall. So along with azalea bushes he planted six cedar trees next to the house that grow up to 80 feet tall. So now I am also looking at changing all the landscaping. I would never, ever hire this company to do anything in my yard.

Customer service and satisfaction is a problem!
