FIrst of all, Shannon Murphy is AMAZING and I would love to keep seeing her if she moves somewhere else, but the front office staff and the office manager are SO BAD that I absolutely cannot recommend this place to anyone. From the first visit, I should have known it was going to be awful. The front office person making my appointment misspelled the names of all the members of my family without bothering to ask for clarification (yes I did phonetically spell the names btw, no idea how she got them so wrong). EVERY SINGLE TIME we needed a prescription, they were not called in or called in incorrectly. The office would blame the pharmacy, who has never over the course of years made these kind of mistakes when working with other doctor's offices. Today, the office manager let me know that they don't plan on refilling my husband's life saving medication, leaving him with only 3 weeks worth of doses to find a new primary care physician. Apparently they require bloodwork every 6 WEEKS for a medication that he has had dialed in for 2 years, which his endocrinologist only required bloodwork for every 6 MONTHS. This is 100% a money grab and I am planning on reporting this office to the medical board. Every single thing I said to the office manager, she either said I misunderstood or claimed they hadn't told me. She also flatly refused to let me speak to my own doctor via phone. I have never dealt with someone who was worse at communication, or taking accountability. This office is an embarrassment to the medical profession. Meanwhile, my husband is left with no access to a medication that he worked hard to dial in over the last 2 years, and he gets extremely ill when he is not on it. SHAME on this office, I hope you can live with yourselves for what you put your patients through.

They lie, they refuse access to care, they deflect and lose paperwork work and play on your insecurities because it keeps them employed for you to stay miserable. I've been gaslit into misdiagnosis while talking to my Psychiatrist about her fainting goats, while Im miserable and not able to buy groceries. Ive bought the costly supplements andstill get refused treatment for my real problems. Court ordered treatment keeps them in business manipulation keeps them employed and I have zero faith in this company because they wont let you change doctors and they do everything in their power to keep you from leaving. i reached out in some of my darkest moments for them to laugh at my struggles. Even the few decent people here, have enabled my psychological trauma by staying complicit because "their team is so good." i have notified them in writing, I have called and talked face to face with multiple members since January and their inaction has enabled months of Psychological torture since a traumatic miscarriage in January after I was re-traumatized by my family. Worse I know Im not the only one with this story. The owners and the people should be ashamed of themselves. I know whats wrong with me, but Im still trying to figure out what their problem is. This is MY opinion, as is my right and their reputation is their problem. i cant speak to their care with children as I pulled mine early. Do your own research because they told me I had to stay and actively find ways to keep me from leaving. They want me to talk and communicate. i hope this is loud enough for them (and everyone else) to understand my feelings, because I am NOBODYS job security just because I am neurodivergent with complex PTSD.
