I've been here twice. The locker rooms aren't connected to the gym so you have to walk through some corridors and a flight of stairs to get the the gym.
The gym is very lackluster in terms of free weights equipment and space, but there's a good number of cardio machines and a handful of weight lifting machines.
There is no music in the speakers, causing the atmosphere to be filled only with the eerie whirring of cardio machines, someone's wheezing breath and the occasional moan/cough/weights being dropped. Weird.
The locale it bright with large windows, which is nice. It's also very tidy and feels pristine. read more
