He stated that everything was settled with plaintiff's attorney only to find out later by plaintiff's attorney outside courtroom, that she had no idea who Mr. Martin was and had never heard a word from him. Mr. Martin failed to appear for court date that he, himself, arranged 4 months earlier using video court. Court was rescheduled a week later in which Mr. Martin dropped his representation of me 3 hours before my rescheduled date. When I asked for my money back he laughed and told me to get lost. You are introduced to his temperament almost immediately when speaking with Mr. Martin. Mr. Martin has many claims open with the Nebraska State Bar Association and I am shocked to see he is still allowed to practice law.
