The owner responded quickly (Thur night) via email and apologized saying that their online booking service had a bug and it should not have shown an available cleaning for Friday 3/31. He offered $25 off and said his cleaning team with top cleaner would arrive Monday at 10 am. I responded immediately, thanked him, said yes to Monday at 10 am and asked him another question regarding bed making as I wash all sheets in preparation of cleaners arriving. I didn't hear back after that, and this morning I waited for cleaners to arrive. at 10:15 am I called the business owner and no one picked up. I left a voicemail asking if they were still coming and asking for a call back. No cleaners came and I still have no heard back from company/owner. I put my credit card information online. This is completely unacceptable. My husband was already nervous about using a cleaner we had never met and booked online. When I was on my phone booking I read good reviews via Google. I just checked again and now those reviews are no where to be found. Something odd is going on. At this point, I have to report this business may be a scam. DO NOT BOOK.
