I didn't receive a confirmation so a few hours after booking I found the email address for the owner and reached out to confirm my cleaning. The owner responded quickly (Thur night) via email and apologized saying that their online booking service had a bug and it should not have shown an available cleaning for Friday 3/31. He offered $25 off and said his cleaning team with top cleaner would arrive Monday at 10 am. I responded immediately, thanked him, said yes to Monday at 10 am and asked him another question regarding bed making as I wash all sheets in preparation of cleaners arriving. I didn't hear back after that, and this morning I waited for cleaners to arrive. at 10:15 am I called the business owner and no one picked up. I left a voicemail asking if they were still coming and asking for a call back. No cleaners came and I still have no heard back from company/owner. I put my credit card information online. This is completely unacceptable. My husband was already nervous about using a cleaner we had never met and booked online. When I was on my phone booking I read good reviews via Google. I just checked again and now those reviews are no where to be found. Something odd is going on. At this point, I have to report this business may be a scam. DO NOT BOOK.
