Did not do the complete job. Poor communication after getting paid. Buyer beware. Basically all…read morethey did was box things up, poorly, (such as bubble wrapping and boxing an empty milk crate, not laying things flat - so creases and such), made the insurance claim, stored the stuff while the floor was getting repaired, and brought it back. No unpacking, no cleaning of things they told me they would have cleaned, no communication. I don't understand why they (said they) inventory everything and took pictures so it would go back to the same place they got it from, if they aren't going to finish the job and unpack, and verifiy that nothing was damaged. Very very disappointed in my experience with this company. I am currently still unpacking things myself, and I'm an old man, so it takes me a very long time, but I needed my life / basement workbench back.

I primarily communicated with Corey prior to the appointment and he was always available, even in the evenings, and very professional. Our first TV arrived dead on arrival and the replacement TV was scheduled to arrive the same day as the rescheduled mounting appointment. Corey was incredibly accommodating with these time constraints which was very much appreciated by us. Chris and Demario were the technicians who performed the work at our appointment. Both were incredibly kind, professional, and dedicated to doing the job "right." They mounted the TV and soundbar and also ran 3 HDMI cables behind our fireplace and into our built-in cabinets. They used measure tapes and bubble levels to ensure everything was straight and centered. The cable management behind the TV was great and everything was hidden. The next day I thought the TV might have been slightly crooked, but after checking myself with a measure tape and level, I realized that it was actually the walls and trim of my home that were not straight! I am so happy with the work and they came in at less than 50% of the price quoted by a different local company. We will definitely be using them again for other TVs and low voltage needs in our home!

Today, they installed the "big boy" our new 77" OLED and new soundbar. This time we had Demario and Chris as our installers. They called from the road to see if we were available for them to come before our time window. Early? How many service providers these days are EARLY? Demario and Chris couldn't have been any nicer to deal with..both super nice guys and very professional. They clearly know their stuff and had everything connected in less time than I expected. And, they were happy to run through the TV to make sure we were ready to go as well. I can't recommend Express highly enough. Just a terrific customer oriented company that aims to please.

Long story short, they began on a Tuesday and had to come back a few days later on a Saturday to complete the installation. The team were professional, kept the overall areas clean once finished. (She is a senior citizen and doesn't get downstairs daily.) She got the sewer snaked but had no idea what to do about the mess. My husband told me to call ServPro, after seeing their trucks everywhere in Iowa, after a terrible storm system moved through the state. I called ServPro in Farmington and shared with them my sister's story and I asked for their help. They were wonderful! Kyle and Len came out (after an initial job inspection and quote), and left her basement and laundry room looking and smelling wonderful! They swept everything, wiped down and sanitized all her boxes and furnishings that were on the tile floor, removed some laundry to be taken care of and washed and sanitized the floors. They left numerous big fans in place, and will return to get them in a few days. I couldn't imagine what we would have done had we had to struggle through this ourselves.
