I pointed out to the waiter and after a few minutes, the Chef/Owner comes out and tells us that he sent 2 orders of some of the dishes because it would not be enough for a group of 13. Anyway, in summary, we were arguing for 30 minutes with him, explaining that our group of 13 had various diet restrictions (celiac, shrimp allergy, vegetarian, young kids, Americans, Brazilians and Chinese) therefore we ordered a bunch of different dishes. How crazy is for him to decide if a particular dish will be enough for the group, send to the table and not even inform us? Also, the dishes came in 1 single plate, we had no idea it was 2 portions, and argue with us about it???? In the end, he took out of the bill and to our horror he proceeded to go through all the left overs that were packed and take away the dishes he sent 2 of. How discussing!!! My family that lives in Brazil told me the same thing happened there several years ago and that is why they stopped going there. We will NEVER step foot again at China Lake!
