Hard to believe. the manager even tried to say that it was the agents fault that we didn't get notified. But if there was a notification why was your closer not saying that from the moment I started asking questions? instead of 1/2 a day later in a response from the manager?? Seems like a cover story. I was promised a partial refund of my escrow fee that I had to remind them to do when I was told you'll have to trust that I will take of it. Oh ya?? Because you have instilled so much trust so far. And now a full month later my homeowners insurance still hasn't been paid. Not an experience I would recommend for anyone buying or selling a house.
