I called Ace Signs not knowing what I wanted. Their creative team came up with an AWESOME concept for my business sign. Everyone who comes in comments on how great it looks. When I open my next location no doubt I will be calling again. Thank you Ace Signs! read more

Horrible experience with this company. They are very slow at doing anything. The so called "Project Manager" was told that we were working on a timeline and that never phased her. She actually tried to con us to think that our sign was 120 feet up in the air. We bought a laser measuring tape to prove that she was lying. After we sent her proof that the sign was on 90 feet up, she tried to backtrack and blame everyone else besides God himself. All this is after we sent her company over 10k as a deposit. Very fraudulent person who is backed up by her company. We lost precious time trying to deal With these con's. If you are trying to complete your job on time, call anther company. NOT ACE Signs. In my mind they should be renamed "Con Artist Signs". Stay away. read more

Just say NO! to their electronic signs. The sign has not worked properly since installation. Communication has lagged so bad. Responsiveness is so slow and followup will be all left on you. After all the reviews I have seen, I would certainly go another route in the future. read more

Probably the most unprofessional group I've dealt with. DO NOT hire this company. They use sub-standard parts. They do not stand behind there work. They use unlicensed technicians which will likely cost you to hire a licensed technician to correct. BUYER BEWARE...You have been warned read more
