I have a serious mobility issue in my shoulder/arm and I have been under considerable pain (particularly at night). My family doctor sent me to Physiotherapy and after months the improvements were meager at best. I was informed by my doctor that it was neither a bone fracture nor a broken tendon. I still lack a precise diagnosis as it requires a magnetic resonance and this is not easily accessible in Saskatchewan in times of COVID. In short, I have had two acupuncture sessions so far and the pain has significantly decrease. My mobility, although still quite limited, showed visible improvements immediately after my first and second treatment (I should exercise to maintain my improvements). This is my first experience with acupuncture and I am mesmerized by the whole procedure and the personalized attention that Dr. Du provides. He is an extremely kind and gentle person, very generous with his time and sincerely interested in finding a solution to my problem. I was assisted by Miss Meng Liu who was also very kind and extremely helpful. She answered all my doubts/questions and made the necessary accommodations to fit every appointment within my busy schedule. So far, this has been an excellent experience. However, Andrea is moving on to work in B.C. but she talked about her replacement, Linda. Andrea says she fully trusts Linda and declares she is very skilled. Based on that, I wouldn't hesitate to book a Reiki session with Linda the next time I visit Saskatoon. I didn't drive around to see if the clinic has customer parking, as I was able to park on the street in a 2hr zone for free.
