He listened to my needs and developed a plan for our schools. When I expressed a concern about the overall costs and asked if we could reevaluate the amount of hours worked he, without hesitation, re-worked a plan for us to help us lower the cost without sacrificing the quality of officer we got. Officer Hicham couldn't be a better fit for our organization. He is one of the most compassionate, helpful, kindest people I've ever met. One of the many things Hicham has done to help us was trimming a palm tree above our baby playground so there was no risk of it falling and hurting one of our kids. I'd say above and beyond! Thank you Richard and Officer Hicham! You guys have been a tremendous blessing to our church and schools!

Repeatedly they ask me to provide addresses that my family member could be at to locate them however this is the entire reason I hired the firm, to help me locate said family member at an unknown address. To be frank I have no idea what I paid for, how many hours they actually worked on this case or what they did. This job was done in an extremely small town and I find it hard to believe that had this firm been actively looking that they wouldn't have been able to locate this person or their car. I have requested and still not received an itemized invoice or surveillance breakdown. After a month I ended up finding who I needed myself. Don't waste your money.

Although you believe your team cleaned my floor, which was reflected in the video I provided that displays a limited area, the vast majority of the floor unseen was left untouched. I have always called the customer service number when rescheduling or filing a compliant to include last month when Pedro did not mop the stairs, to which I used the customer service number and spoke with Fatima Perez. I know it's very hard for you to believe that your team members clean and do a good job; you're supposed to champion your employees when questioned or challenged. Communication was prompt and professional, and I always felt confident that everything was being handled. We had two consistent guards providing overnight security for equipment in our general session space throughout the week. Both were dependable, professional, and clearly took their responsibilities very seriously. Having the same guards throughout the event was also a huge plus. What impressed me most was how the team handled a scheduling issue that was entirely on my end. I realized that I had inadvertently left one night off our original security schedule. I called around 8:00 PM needing coverage to begin at 10:00 PM. Within 40 minutes of my call, Shaun was at the hotel himself and covered the post until 11:00 PM, when one of our regular guards was able to take over for the remainder of the night. That level of responsiveness and commitment to a client is exceptional. Shaun was also our main contact if anything arose during the overnight coverage, and both he and Adam took the time to visit me onsite during the conference. Their accessibility and personal attention were just as impressive as the security services themselves. I have hired security for this type of event for many years and in many different locations, and I have never come across a company quite like Golani Security Services. Adam and his team are world-class and truly set the standard for professionalism, responsiveness, reliability, and service. I would hire them again without hesitation and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a security company they can trust.
